I was literally picturing how certain scenes will happen in the third book before I had even finished this one.
I am not eloquent with words but I know that I loved this book so that’s the review lol

This book was just as great on the second read if not better than the first time I read it. The third installment cannot come fast enough.

I liked it however the quality dropped a little compared to the first book. I think the pacing was not the best, and I got confused with some parts of the plot (although that might be a me problem). I am also a bit gutted there was no resolution at the end of the book.

On the positive side, the story itself is so unique and the slow burn romance is simply brilliant!

What a great follow-up to the already very enjoyable first book! The world-building gets a bit hard to follow at times but it’s almost like that’s intentional given the mysteries unraveling and either way the characters are so wonderfully compelling that you get sucked into the story easily regardless. Cannot wait to find out what happens next!
