I'm not sure this needed a whole book written about it. The thesis is fairly simple (not a bad thing), and there were a couple of anecdotes that illustrated the point, but there were also extraneous 'chapters' made up of a single thought.
The point of the book is rather than looking for a solution to a problem elsewhere, make the change yourself. Become the solution. And there are stories too, if you still want to read the book.

Decent lifestyle book. More of a management book than leadership book, but does encourage personal accountability.

Worst book ever. Needs to be eradicated from every book store and book shelf in the world.
A short book. I was able to listen to the audiobook on my library app.
A good idea. Worth reading. I’m glad he didn’t try to extend it into a longer book.

I had to read this book for my class and it really turned into a personal read. As someone who works in a customer service centered/corporate field I could apply this to my day to day. I truly learned a lot from this short quick read.
Some weeks have passed since I read this book and I still can remember very well many of the examples given by John Miller in the QBQ book. That should be a great sign of two things. First, that the samples are practical or in other words, the samples are familiar. And second, since they are easy to associate, they are easy to remember.
What I like the most of the concept behind QBQ is that the whole book is orientated towards making us, responsible for what we do and don't do. It takes away the distraction of blaming others for what happens or stop happening to us.
Definitely a book worth recommending. It is a practical, smart, and easy tool to promote proactiveness within our society. Definitely for high-performance people who want to reinforce and regain strength in their positive view of life.
For sure is a book that I will be re-reading again in a couple of years.

Bonus points: readable, helpful hints, some wisdom
Negative points: not enough about boundaries, felt very motivational-speaker-y
