Just finished this book. I did not know of this author prior to starting it. Have recently found out about this author and will not support her actions.

Why do I like it so much? I feel like this story might have been loosely inspired by Corpse, with the streaming and voice and not showing his face. I saw this being talked about on TikTok. As much hype as BookTok or SmutTok is getting now, I haven’t had a lot of luck finding books I actually like from there. Many of the ones that get raved about on there that I actually love I read ages ago and the ones I’ve actually discovered via BookTok have been disappointing overall.
This one is decent. It’s super short and doesn’t have a lot of plot going for it but it’s not a bad read. Story 3/5, Spice 3/5, overall enjoyment 4/5. For this to have such little plot it’s actually a slow burn. Their is instant chemistry and flirting and the spice begins around 25% BUT it’s all foreplay until 70%. Maybe my burn standard is too high but foreplay is just that, foreplay. I don’t consider the flame ignited until their is actual sex.
No condoms, no virgins, no manwhore, a bit of praise kink but it leans heavier to degradation kink (IMO), mask kink, bondage, pet play, mild exhibition. Mostly H POV, there’s like one chapter from one of the H’s friends but no POV from heroine, at all. No cheating, no cliffhanger and HEA.

The degradation is not for me. Could be a very entertaining book for someone that enjoys that type of writing.
