I liked the poems in this collection and I really appreciated the author's ability to be raw and open with the reader. While in general, I liked the style of the poems, I did find the rhyming to get a bit repetitive after a while. I understand that is the style that Millner was going for, and I can appreciate it, but I tend to enjoy poems that flow a little differently from one to the next and are more varied throughout a collection. But I did enjoy this.
