A pretty good conclusion to the series! It does feel like there's still an opening for Kibuishi to possibly do some sort of spin off series, which would be cool! I'd be interested in seeing how these powers transfer to other worlds. Most of the storylines are tied up nicely, and all of our favorites end in good places. I hope most fans feel like this conclusion was worth the wait!

I liked the conclusion, I think? It felt really rushed , and not satisfying. Still loved the series though.

A very lacklustre ending to a childhood favourtie series. The finale felt very very cheesy and convenient. The emotional impact that was meant to be felt was way too heavy handed and shoved in your face. I'm disappointed to say the least

I can't possibly rate this. I read it, and enjoyed it, but I have such little memory of the previous books in the series and couldn't re-read them at the moment. So I don't have any appreciation for any continuity (or lack of it).

The way this ended made me want to go back and read the series in its entirety in one fell swoop.

Had to wait 6 years but that’s alright, I think… -5 stars all the random multiverse bs (which is funny because if this had come out in 2020 rather than 2024 that might not have been a negative) +9 stars because this series was such a corner stone of me and my siblings childhood and I think this final book did it justice.
