As much as I enjoy these books and the series, I'm starting to get a little frustrated. I was hoping this book would focus more on Jada and her storyline, as the past books focused on Mac and her relationship with Barrons. After reading this book I still have so many questions that have yet to be answered in any of the previous books:
1) I wish we learned more about Barrons & his past - specifically his FAMILY (he had a child, a wife, and is related to Ryodan)
2) What happened to the abbey after the icefire? Did Cruce get freed?
3) What happened to the Unseelie Princess? Are there more? Is she an ally or foe of Mac & the others?
4) Who will be made into the next Seelie/Unseelie princes since they're all dead?
5) Speaking of Unseelie princes, what is going to happen to Christian? Is he eternally good or is he still battling evil?
There are more questions I have but those are the one top of mind at the moment. I hope she's (the author) are not trying to just prolong series. I wouldn't mind it if the next book was the last. I just hope we start getting some answers.

Mac has some guts and lots of madness to deal with, Ryodan FINALLY showed some emotion which I liked more than Jericho (go figure) and Lor made me laugh. I really want more scenes with him and Jo. I also want to know more about the Nine and if there's going to be any romance between Kasteo and Kat.
The Unselie King go kill himself since we don't even get a glimpse at him and honestly I'd love to read the next book written on ONE TENSE! My English are great but I really can getf rustrated about this.

Ugh! I really hate this series. No point to the books. Just rambling events resulting in yet another cliffhanger. Had trouble picking this back up and staying reading. The highlanders are all I care about now and that was like only 2 chapters. Glad I got from library.
Aaaand we're back to Mac and Barrons. Mac is seriously getting on my nerves, Barrons is still an annoying caveman.

And seriously, Mac praising Barrons' dick in detail was the most cringe-worthy experience I've had in a long time. Their sex is not hot anymore. Their relationship is not interesting. Mac becoming a female version of Barrons is not helping either.I have no idea where this series is going. Again.

And I can't wait for the next one...again. And I would so totally run off with Jericho, you know it Mac was not such a bad-ass and he was real (sigh).
