This book was excellent!
Solid 4 star book.
I have never heard or read a back story on Mother Gothel, so it was nice to go in fresh. You really start to feel sorry for her before she goes nuts and locks Rapunzel in a tower.
She longs for her lost family and will do ANYTHING to get them back.

I love the backstory and learning this version of how the little Witch came to be. Very detailed storyline.

I would have finished this last week but I was at Disney!

While ‘Tangled’ isn’t my favorite movie I did enjoy this book about Mother Gothel. She was one twisted villain!
