Being a motivation junkie, David Goggins book reads like what I would picture his personality would be. Push yourself harder, if you think you will die, get yourself together and take that one more step.

He's probably crazy. But we need crazy sometimes.

Would I recommend it? This book and his story woke me up from some of my downplay thoughts (very much plus points). His way is quite testosterone-laden that made me cringed sometimes (negative points). But all in all, you take what works for you and just leave the rest.

Would recommend the audio book because David giveshis behind the scene add ins, reflections and commentary podcast style

There are nuggets are good stuff in here if you can get past Goggins insistance of 'insulting' people by comparing them to a vagina or accusing them of having a vagina.

4.5 David te amo, o sea te amo y te odio, no sé explicar. Estuve escuchando tu cuento como 1.000 horas de mi vida, y realmente me calaste hondo, ahora no sé que hacer sin ti, necesito que todos los días vengas y me digas "¿realmente es esto todo lo que puedes dar?"

Very long but I really enjoyed the motovitional aspects

I would give this book 6 stars if I could. I have never truly connected to a self-help book like I have with this one. Although I am quite literally the opposite from David Goggins, this book proves that no matter who you are, you are capable of accomplishing anything if you put your mind to it. Life is a mind game. I loved this book so much, although intense, it was real as f*ck. I will forever be recommending this book to people.

I first came across David Goggins on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast and I knew this guy was legit. This book is raw, honest and if nothing else motivating. I listened to the audio version and would highly recommend everyone else to do the same. The audio version offers a unique experience as it not only narrates the book but also has David be interviewed by the narrator.
