I am loving Aquaman but I kinda wish there was more Mera in this story arc.

Read the individual issues.

Much better than volume 1 of the series. Mera is much more interesting and better and the addition of the Others adds a stronger backstory and gravity to the series on the whole.

I really wanted to know more about the Others. Some seemed quite fascinating... Otherwise, it's a good story and I really enjoy the dynamic between Aquaman and Mera.

This was pretty enjoyable overall, though I'm not sure I liked it quite as much as volume 1. I had no clue who any of the Others really were, so that was interesting to meet them. The conflict between Black Manta and Aquaman was certainly intriguing.

Solid edition but not my favourite.

Very good Aquaman story. I never read this before, but I'm loving these New 52 books. Liked the Others, and even though they were obscure heroes it made for an interesting story.

3.5 I really need to know the background of the others. I think then the story will take an interesting turn. I'm most excited to see how Meras family is wrapped into this whole thing.

Slightly better than Vol.1 (at least there's an actual story here), but is there really a need to introduce a team of lame-o heroes nobody's ever heard of? I hate all of them. If the whole point of The Others is that they each guard a super sweet artifact of Atlantis so the "bad guys" don't get their fishy hands on them, can't Superman just keep them all locked up in the Fortress of Solitude? (see, this is why I hate Superman, because he's always my obvious answer for everything, even if it's not his book).
Also, Aquaman sure does like to tease us with all the many secrets he's got hidden away, but I kind of get the feeling that his secrets are really not going to be all that shocking to anyone.
Anyway, I'll keep reading, partly with the hope that something meaningful is on the horizon, but mostly because I've got the other 2 volumes sitting right here and I don't like things going to waste (ironically, just like Aquaman is doing in his own series).

The second volume expands on the story of the first introducing us to a whole cast of characters all portrayed in great artwork.
