There isn't much to say about 'Forget Me Not' except that it was an emotional rollercoaster. I felt like it should have been much more of a slow burn between Stevie and Nora - I definitely think they jumped back into a relationship far too quickly, but I also understand they had already established an unspoken connection between the two. The ending felt rushed and the choices made by the protagonists parents felt totally out of character. However, I can see how this novel was made to give those queer kids living in a conservative small town hope. Overall, it was a fun and sweet piece of work, and it did invoke a tasteful tear from me. I shall definitely be reading the rest of Alyson Derrick's body of work.

Very emotional read. I could not image the person I love forgetting me. Very well written.

Strong characters and a very emotional narrative, giving a direct look into how a rural conservative town might treat a lesbian couple. The memory loss narrative feels a bit contrived and overdone though, and some of the side characters leave something to be desired

For a story dealing with a lot of emotional things, this was a surprisingly happy read! I loved every minute, especially it's ending!

This book is absolutely beautiful. From start to finish, I never wanted something good to happen to characters as much as I did for Stevie and Nora.

"Forget Me Not" is a poignant and charming tale that will resonate deeply with readers who appreciate stories about self-discovery, first love, and the unbreakable bonds of relationships. This delightful story is a LGBTQIA+ romance with a touching coming-of-age narrative.
