Amazing. I liked the ending way better than the anime. My only criticism of death note as a whole is how the women were treated but what’s new.

An incredibly satisfying end to the series, and I am glad that one of my favourite underrated characters got his chance to shine.

I am, however, a little disappointed that we didn’t get to find out what happened to a couple of characters and how they were doing a year on. Alas, I will just assume that they were able to live their best life away from Light’s manipulative ass
