Honestly I was so excited for Zander in the beginning of the series but as it went on I disliked his character more and more. I just didn’t find home lovable in the end and thought Derick would have been better without Zander holding him back.

This was a good read if not a bit eccentric. It's odd that a person not move in their life because of someone who has panic attacks and has sympathy for them. I appreciate the mental health rep and having Xander to to therapy and that Derek (better late than never) to set up boundaries with their relationship in regard to Xander's mental health.

I was so looking forward to this book but found it a bit of a letdown. The problems seemed too easily overcome in the end and the nurse's character felt forced. Still love this series and this author but wish it had ended on a better note.
