"-So a bottle of vodka would solve the Israel-Palestine conflict? asked Bosse. That stretches all the way back to the bible.
- For that particular conflict you mention, it is not impossible that you would need more than one bottle, Allan answered. But the principle is the same."

Holly Book Club – May
Source: MELcat
The back of the book was helpful to read as I was getting started: “A reluctant centenarian with a life much like Forrest Gump’s (if Gump were an explosives expert with a fondness for vodka) decides it’s not too late to start over…”
With that information, I could more easily enter into the book. It is very much an adventure book with a nod to the incredible. Since he’s 100 years old, the scope of the timeline is pretty extensive, and the geography is vast.
3.5/5 – maybe if it’s your “bucket”… entertaining, but not so amazing that you should rush out to read it. Good if you need a “Book set in Sweden” for a challenge.

I really enjoyed this book. It was laugh out loud all the way, ingeniously plotted .
