This book was certainly a fast read for a novel with over 500 pages, and the writing was more simplistic than some of the other stories I’m used to.
I think what really took me out of this story was the sheer unrealisticness of it. It wasn’t unrealistic because it was a relationship between a woman and three men - it was unrealistic because they all seemed to be perfectly happy from the get-go sharing her with each other and didn’t once disagree or argue about this, despite the fact that 2/3 MMCs were supposedlyin love with her the whole time…
I also really did not enjoy the names they used (nicknames/ pet names).
Layla came across as whiny and needy.
Zack was a bit of a knob and the fact that he was hung up on his dead girlfriend that he lost when he was 18 (12 years ago at the point of this story) was a bit absurd.
I really don’t get what Josh’s problem was - why wouldn’t he just tell Layla he liked her and gone out with her from the beginning? Seems like he was attractive, well-off and Layla made her attraction/ affections known.
Luke was a bit creepy. Not because he was older but because he was her former teacher.
There were many things I didn’t like about this story.
If you’re looking for a lot of spicy sex scenes and not much substance, I guess this is worth picking up. Otherwise, skip this one.

Graphic: Sexual content
Moderate: Bullying, Toxic relationship
Minor: Adult/minor relationship, Death, Emotional abuse, Infidelity, Panic attacks/disorders, Grief, Death of parent
Honestly, with 4 hours left in the book I couldn't even remember all 3 guys' names. I just couldn't get invested. Also, the guys barely interacted in the sex scenes, which I found jarring.
And there is So Much cum play. Which is great if it's your thing - you'll love this book if it is. It isn't mine, though.

I was looking through my DNF list because sometimes there are books that are good, but you're just not in the mood for them. I decided to give this one another try, but Zack's voice sounding like Jamie from Outlander was an immediate turn-off. I know the author is British, but no thanks. I live close enough to hear this accent and slang all the time, and I don’t find it remotely attractive. Plus, all the nicknames Zack was using in the first few chapters, like "baby," "sweetheart," and "pet," weirded me out.
I didn't like Layla either. She came across as really whiny, stuck in a cycle of negativity that instantly put me off. She needs to pull herself together, get some therapy, and then try again. It’s not the end of the world if some random guys aren’t interested in you.
Then there's the fact that Luke was her old teacher. The idea of her dating her sophomore-year English teacher creeps me out and makes no sense given her backstory.
This book is officially staying in DNF heaven and never coming back.

2.5⭐
I found it a bit ripetitive sometimes and a bit boring so I had to skip some pages.
Also I hate when one of the main characters is still in love with a dead girlfriend and this guy was still hung up on her even after a decade (two if we wanna count the extra epilogue).
Also this dude broke up with the FMC right after having s*x with her and insulting her like what????? No no no. I wouldn't have forgiven him so quickly. They all should have grovelled a lot more.
