The end of my guilty pleasure. This series started out pretty good, but was way too long IMO.
The end of an era. Succubus Blues was one of the very first paranormal/UF books I read and this is the conclusion of the series.
Every thing tied up in a neat little bow, a nice message and a smile on my face. And so they lived happily ever after.

Predictable but I loved it. I'm a sucker for a happy ending :)
This was honestly a by disappointing seeing as it ended exactly as I was expecting it to. Not to say I didn't like the ending, I was happy with it, but I would have liked to be at least a little bit surprised.
Oh well, a nice, 3 star ending for a nice, 3 star series.

I absolutely loved this book. It was a brilliant ending to the Georgina Kincaid series. Whilst I wanted to devour the book as quickly as possible and get my answers to questions left hanging after the last instalment, I also wanted to savour every part of Georgina's story and make it last for as long as possible. My impatience eventually won out.
Whilst I had previously predicated the big 'twist' that was revealed in this book I was still on the edge of my seat with Georgina and her friends as the truth about her relationship with Seth was unveiled and the validity of her contract with Hell was called into question. As predictable as the story and characters in this book were, Richelle's writing was captivating and engaging: I felt that I was journeying with Georgina, experiencing her highs and lows with her.
I've come to adore the characters in this series and I will miss them now that their story has concluded. For me, this book ties together all the loose ends and questions I had about Georgina and I feel satisfied that her story has been told. I look forward to Richelle Mead's next series.

"Do you know the price of one soul, Georgina? It's beyond rubies and diamonds, beyond any mortal reckoning. If it had taken me centuries, if it had taken a dozen more angels to help me, it all would have been worth it."

oh sad the series is over. i loved the happy ever after ending
What a satisfying ending to a fabulous series. I liked how everything worked out and I'm a bit sad that this is the end.
Grading up a half star because I'm just so happy to finally be done with this series.
Several loose ends intentionally left hanging (in case someone wants to renew a contract, perhaps?) I started out loving this series but quickly became impatient with the teen like angst of a 1500 year old woman pining for a man.
This book was six volumes of "how to avoid confrontation by selling your soul to hell." I'm happy that the series has found its conclusion.

So this book overall could have been executed way better then it was but I still loved it overall! I love how her friends aided her and helped her become free! On a side note Carter is now added to my book boyfriend list!
