I really enjoyed the audiobook version of this, which is narrated by the author.

I’m not a religious person, and you don’t have to be to read this book. You do need to be comfortable letting the references to God and Jesus slip by, and really focus on the point that the author is trying to make.

This book made me reflect and think, making it more than just entertaining. It is truly useful for every kind of person and lifestyle.

"If you are someone like me who struggles with decision making..."

She had me there lol.

This is an amazing book and viewpoint. Emily offers practical steps and thoughts to help those of us who are struggle bussing our way through life desperately wanting someone to come along and say, "Here, pick that one."

I love the podcast and I decided to ask for the book as a gift. I’ve been trying to borrow books instead of buy, but this is one I’m glad to own. I know I’ll be referring back to it again and again when I need it. The lessons are simple and actionable. The writing is warm and engaging. There’s so many little pockets of truth that spoke to me immediately. I’d highly recommend it to anyone who struggles with anxiety, perfectionism, or is indecisive.

Loved this book so much. It was life giving and I took away so much from it. I think anyone could read it and enjoy, because everyone makes decisions. Emily's words are like being wrapped in a warm cozy blanket.

This was a re-read, but an incredibly valuable one, as I worked through difficult decisions in my life. The chapters are short and easy to read - reading a chapter a day takes no time at all. Emily provides helpful action steps and prayers at the close of each chapter. Her wisdom regarding decision-making and following Jesus are simple, true, and enveloped in love.

This one took me a while because I knew I needed it, and I wanted to really absorb it, and—let’s be honest—some days I just wasn’t in the mood!

This may be a reread for me. Finally, a source for the Do the Next Right Thing Poem... may have been worth it for that alone. Do the next right thing was first added to my life years ago when I read Elisabeth Elliot.. the same was true for the author of this book. It has been in every notebook, bullet journal I have ever written in.. a sort of life's motto. This book definitely had some great application points, encouraged trusting God and seeking counsel from those who know us and care about us.

I loved reading a chapter here and there. The chapters are short but packed with soul-filling words and practical advice for making decisions. I’d love to read this again and again and again to be reminded of how to take a soulful look at how to do the next right thing in love. What. A. Joy.
