I thought this was very well done, it just wasn't exactly my cup of tea. I liked darker things before pregnancy and having my child, and now they just don't do as much for me. I feel like the cute woodland creatures/dark story thing is kind of overdone. I didn't want to root for Sam and I didn't care about the town. Overall, I wasn't emotionally invested enough in this to care or enjoy it all that much.
Chillingly themed. Quite the page turner. This story will be rattling around in my brain for a few days at least.
