This is a different feel from her other books. The story was nice, but not at par with the previous Montgomery books that she has written.

I realy like this series, but it seemed as if this should have been the first book, not the second.

The second in the Edilean series. This was set in the 1700s, and started off in a Scotland, which is a favorite setting of mine. The story really hit its stride in the second half of the book. The romance was drawn out, and there was quite a bit of adventure. Highly enjoyable.

A romance from the 1700s that starts in Scotland and spans across the sea to the States. There is great tension and chemistry between Angus and Edilean. The story is fast paced, action packed, and fun. I love the beautiful locations the story takes place in. This was a really great read that I do plan to read again.

Couldn't put it down. I'm such a sucker for romance. Add a hot Scottish hero and I'm all in.

Sometimes she writes fun escape novels. Sometimes they are just garbage too. Sadly I wasted more time on this one than I should have.
