Good and sweet book! Although I have never been a dog owner I did feel similar feelings towards the end about our cats. Just a nice story and a quick read.

This book tells the story of one family's life with their yellow lab Marley. Anyone who was ever had a dog will completely connect with the things they went through. This book made me laugh and cry.

I loved this book and I love the way John Grogan writes--he's very descriptive and I came away feeling like I knew and loved these characters. I enjoy a book that makes me feel all kinds of emotion...I laughed, I cried, I cringed throughout this book. As a dog owner with mischievous dogs, I could totally relate to the many problems Marley put them through and I was impressed with the their ability and willingness to love Marley despite his oddities. I didn't want the book to end.
