WOW! Summer Cooper has written the most dark erotic adventure. A first of it's kind for Summer and I have to amend her for her amazing skills. This book was amazing and the ending will leave you wanting more.

She starts their story in this book and lays the foundation for them to embark on a dark and mysterious journey. A journey that will be filled with lots of deception. A journey that will be amazing and hard. With these two amazing characters this journey is sure to be amazing.

What happened here? It would have been fine, if the author would have better writing skills. The story was okay, but the writing really was so poor, that it kept giving me weird vibes. Because the writing lacked, it made the characters - sometimes - feel uneducated. Over all I did not really enjoy this book.

This was a great start to the series! I love Emily and Roxie’s friendship, and I’m very interested to see where Emily’s relationship ends up going with Dylan (AKA Mr. Dark). It does end on a cliffhanger, but I immediately bought the other 4 books.
