This book is such a beautiful exploration of love, language, family, and mental illness. With so many elements all expertly woven together, it's hard not to enjoy this complex and layered story. On a personal note, a number of the plot points hit really close to home. Lisey's Story is definitely in my Stephen King top 3. Also, the long boy is such a phenomenal eldritch abomination.

Good writing, but the story was very weird! I didn’t find it as compelling as other Stephen King books, but still enjoyed it!
