3 stars. This was the 2nd audiobook I’ve ever listened to. I was impressed with the performance, but not exactly inspired by the writing material. The romance is okay, it did not feel very captivating even as the book went on. I’m still going to give this series a chance in audiobook format.

I loved this book! The author was able to create such compelling characters with such different dynamics and types of relationships with each other. I enjoyed the romance but also the friendships and sibling dynamics in the group.

I liked it better than the sequel but good lord it’s written like someone’s first fanfiction. Totally fine if that’s what you’re going for but unfortunately the sex scenes gave me the ick
