It’s a very fun popcorn book. There are some parts that deal with some HEAVY subjects like wow, thank goodness I was listening at 2x speed so we could just breeze right past that. But it was fun.

i saw another review say this has a film noir vibe, and i couldn’t agree more. creepy, twisty, suspenseful. i wasn’t the biggest fan of the audiobook narrator, and the writing in some parts was a little clunky. but the plot and all the characters were stunning. i was so, so gripped by this, and am officially a riley sager fan.
