Listen, ever since Bride, I’ve been LIVING for omegaverse books and Fake Mate absolutely did not disappoint. Is it weird that I want a shifter boyfriend? Probably. Am I gonna feel shame about it? Never. Lol. Mack is the best FMC I’ve read in a hot minute. She’s strong but definitely has her quirks and I love that it shows that she’s the fighter in the relationship. Noah is hot. Like HOT HOT. Idk how to explain it but the things he says and thinks just make me wanna pass out. Love him.

Very fun light hearted rom com type read. Can't take it too seriously but for what it is it was so well done. Loved the characters, the humor. Excellent mix of plot and romance.

To be fair, I don't usually read Omegaverse stuff, so that was on me. But I like the fake relationship trope and all my apps were pushing this one at me as a suggestion, so I gave it a try. It was ok, but honestly, I just didn't love it.
