What an amazing book. loved it from start to finish! Daniel, Nora and daughter Alice move into a farmhouse in Southwestern WV and the crap commences to hit the fan. What an original take on this type of story. the characters are great, love Merle Blatty (yeah imagine that Blatty and Excorsist) who used to own the farm and left behind some clues. just overall great book! i especially loved it because Nick Roberts is a WV native like myself! Great book, highly recommend it.

It took me over a year to finish. It was… fine. Scary yes, but fine.

This book had me absolute hooked from the prologue, and I could not put it down. It has been a long time since I have had a book that has pulled me in and kept me hooked throughout it. I have always loved and been interested in exorcisms, demonic possession and things in that nature. I half expected to get nightmares from this book! If you are looking for a book to make you feel like someone is watching you, this book may just do that for you.
