Some of the plot was fairly predictable but it moved at a quick enough pacing with enough twists to keep me enthralled. The premise was a very interesting one and, even though I wasn’t especially fond of the subject of seances, the other elements of the story were bold and entertaining. 
Overall, I might not read again but I’d definitely recommend it to a friend!

This wasn't my favorite book, but i didn't dislike it. I enjoyed the diverse characters and I was not totally sure where the story was going to go with 2 different POV's. If you are looking for a murder mystery, historical fiction, with LGBTQ themes - this one is for you!

Well written, it was nice, a good read but not much more than that.

I liked how the plot twists came together in the end and that everything was resolved.
