A solid fraud exposé (and a painfully late 2000s coded fraud at that) and a quick, fun read! I definitely enjoyed Krakauer's writing style and I'd be interested to check out his longer works.

There's so much to say about this I don't even know where to start. The thing I took away from this is that not only did he hurt the CAI but other charities as well. I would imagine that people will be a lot less likely to give their money to other deserving organizations because he turned out to be mostly a fraud.
