I’ve been wanting to read this book for years and I’m glad I did I was very underwhelmed by the midnight library but I knew something good was up when I read how to stop time

A nice reminder of what it means to he a human without being too preachy. It didn't hit as hard as "The Library" but I'll take it!

DID NOT FINISH: 6%

too long since i started- will restart this at some point!!

Light reading. Humorous.

It’s fiction, so not worth criticizing inaccuracies.

I didn’t care for the “list” he left for his “son”. Not necessary and interrupted the flow of the story.

This was really difficult for me for the first third of the book and I put it aside for awhile. Then after a certain point it picked up and I thought it was really silly, sweet, and heart warming.

Now I need to read some Emily Dickinson.

Bloody brilliant, and deeply touching.

"So love is about finding the right person to hurt you?”

Uggh. The feels, they get ramped up slowly, and by the last 1/4 of the book, I was amazed. It's a beautiful book, and I'm thankful to have read it.
