What a great book. Molly Lou Melon is absolutely adorable (thanks toDavid Catrow the extrodinary illustrator). The author has put value on the relationship of a grandmother and her granddaughter and dealing with a bully. I thought every page of this book was wonderful.
Molly is short, has buck teeth, a bullfrog voice, and is clumsy but with her grandmother's advice she is able to overcome the bully at her new school.
Be okay with anything that makes you different. That's what grandma always said. I loved this story! It teaches a valuable lesson that should be learned by children and adults alike. I recommend this one for all ages. It's a good lesson to learn for everyone.
