Everything I thought it would be. Gruesome, disturbing and hatred inducing...
Was not a fan of the style.
A bit rambling at times.
Also just felt like a recap of the crimes committed by a bunch of serial killers than an analysis of their psychology. Not much insight from the author. But the subject matter is interesting enough.

Hugely judgemental and misogynistic. Toxically aggressive, hyper masculine writing. No nuance.

DNF - pretentious, poorly written, implies he is a criminologist but has no qualifications, ‘leftie’ government as an insult because prisoners are referred to as sir and madam in the uk. You can get information about these people from more entertaining content creators with no cost and also without implying that certain disorders lead to becoming a psychopath and due to how stigmatising it can be having a personality disorder (as I am diagnosed with one, and have never laid a hand on a person, the same for many with the same/similar diagnoses) I don’t think this rhetoric is something that should be perpetuated as this book does so soon into it.
This book lacked focus and an overarching purpose. Excessive repetition and rambling tangents galore. Coupled with spelling and grammar errors, this makes for very tedious reading. A click baity book. It titillates with graphic violence and horror and provides no academic argument or is informative in any constructive way.

It is interesting, I’ll give it that.
However,
It’s painful to read to say the least, too much annoying repetition and the author promotes his other books way too often as touched on by many other reviews.

An insight into certain killers and the steps leading up to them committing a murder
