All the books I've read recently have left my jaw on the floor and this one especially.

This was a nice continuation of the story. I really enjoyed the new characters, though I wish they'd been explored a bit more. Julian was far and away my favorite addition.
I wasn't a huge fan of the "then" and "now" flip flopping. That being said, it definitely spurred me to keep reading.
Not a fan of the ending. I saw it coming and hated that I was right about it.

The way it went back and forth between Now and Then was a little annoying because I was listening to it as an audiobook. It would have been clearer if it just read "capter --" as it did in the previous book. I also didn't like the way a love triangle formed at the end, considering I was still holding out hope for Alex' return. Also, love triangles are cheap and overdone.
Once again, I love some good YA dystopian future trilogies, and this book was much better than some second novels in a trilogy that I've read. With that said, it was pretty predictable - I couldn't believe I had to wait until the very last page for what I was sure was going to happen to happen. For all my eye roll moments, however, this book was really engaging and I couldn't put it down, so overall it was worth it!
Nowhere near as good as Delirium. Hopefully Requiem makes up for this! I liked Julian though.
Gripping, suspenseful, and darker than first one this was really good. Whereas Delirium felt slower and more dramatic, Pandemonium is action packed page turner. With more rebelling, and suspense this novel has become truly a dark dystopian. The ending was a big cliffhanger I didn't see coming (no spoilers here!) However you should be wary reading this book after the first one the tone is much darker. Overall enjoyed it and recommend to anyone who read the first one whether or not they liked the first one
