You know that feeling after you finish reading something so good and now you don't know what to do with your life. I just finished it and I just want to read it all over again ;;;;

If you like a well written story with lots of complex yet loving characters go make yourself a favor and read it.

I hope in the future we can have and official English or other languages realises, but to the translators thank you for you hard work and for making this story accessible for us who don't speak Chinese.

Very entertaining story! I was on the edge of my seat the whole time because the drama was so good. Super well-written characters. The romance scenes were pretty forced and random though. Also Wei Wuxian has a rape kink.

A marvellous read and my first introduction to both danmei and cultivation novels.
I enjoyed the plot with the mystery, but my favourite is by far how the MXTX novels concentrates more on the interpersonal relationships. WangXian are a very lovely couple and I love their interactions.

This will become a real review later. Hands down the sweetest love story I have ever read. I am a husk of a person after this. There are so many amazing characters, so many great moments. I laughed, I sobbed, I hurt, I flailed. The WangXian romance is my favorite of all time. I can't wait to read it again.

COVID quarantine was wild, but at least it let me discover this gem and the world of webnovels. The Untamed was also pretty good.

What I loved -

- The world-building is fantastic. When you finish reading, you keep going back there to Lotus Pier, to Cloud Recess and you secretly want to live there for the rest of your life.

- Beautiful character development for all the side characters. MXTX doesn’t just tell you WangXian's story. It's about each and every character. Ultimate result - I have too many favorites.

- The adorable sibling relationship among Wei Wuxian, Jiang Cheng & Jiang Yanli. But it's mostly Wuxian fooling around with the other two, Jiang Yanli spoiling him with all the love in the world and Jiang Cheng being furious with WWX 24/7.

- Appearance of female characters are very few. You gotta love them anyways. Madam Yu, A'Qing & Jiang Yanli stole my heart.

- Xiao Xingchen & Song Lan duo. "Bright moon and gentle breeze" "Distant snow and cold frost. It aches my heart just thinking about these two
