As usual, the authors knock it out of the park with this book as well - the best book on discipline out there that I've come across.

so useful! this book was specific and provided concrete parenting tools that make tons of sense. the method was simple, forgiving, and offered hope for worn out parents. highly recommended.

I don’t normally review nonfiction books, however I felt compelled to with this one. It really made me step back and open my eyes to how I’ve been parenting. Even the most subtle communications of stress to my child can change their behavior. The brain is a crazy complex organ that I don’t think we will ever fully grasp. This is a must for parents of kids of all ages and stages, and especially if you have a strong willed, stubborn, highly sensitive one like myself. It made reflect on my own upbringing and how I can do better for my kids, so they can be better for their kids.

Super good. They give real world, relatable examples to help ground your mind and expectations. Very helpful. Something I have personally focused on while raising my very soon to be toddler and remaining calm and not triggered during some very trying moments.

I found this book to be fine. I wanted to like it more, but it felt repetitive of much of the other things I have read and within itself. I also found that this book felt like it was a marketing product, and the authors at times spoke in a patronizing way, spoke because I listened to the audio, read by the authors. I felt like it was just buzz word buzz word buzz word, or our new term again and again and again and the examples were limited and it just did not feel practical or useful or nearly as useful as I wanted it to be.
