For this 80s baby, the book (and entire series) was a lovely, nostalgic read, taking me back to those teenage years with woeful rose-colored glasses. I squealed and giggled through this entire book; the teen in me relished in it! And I extra love that the characters are biracial/ part Asian, which was so relatable for me. It’s refreshing to find a book that reflects what your world looks like.

Cute, quick read. Enjoyed all three books of the series during a mean stomach bug. A bit better than most YA romance novels because I wasn’t immediately sure which guy she would be with at the end.
