This sequel had me on the edge of my seat! It’s one of those books where you’re reading and then you realize that you’re 3/4 of the way through it and the shoe hasn’t dropped and then BAM! Amazing, I can’t wait for the final book in the series to come out next year

It was an interesting enough read, easy to read and not boring. I wasn't too fond of the writing style, but otherwise it was fine. certainly entertaining enough.
but also as if the bomb didn't explode when they got it out and hauled it away. Why the heck should one do that? Why couldn't they have started the fire alarm, called the bomb disposal squad and let specialists take care of that. Like, it easily could have exploded. I do think it's kind of unrealistic and, mostly, just plain stupid what they did.

Bold move to switch the protagonists and one that I'm not entirely sure if I agree with. Still, it was a great book.

really good book with some really good twists! i have to wait a few more months before the 3rd book but that’s ok. even though this was left on sort of a cliffhanger, it’s not gnawing at my chest or anything. i think this book was a little bit better than the first one because the element of surprise was more prominent in this one and the motives made more sense. i loved that the characters from book 1 were included in this one, too. the romance was so cute and the idea of “truth or dare” was super creative and unique. ending was pretty shocking, too.
