I enjoyed this book, thought not as much as I thought I would. I really liked the idea behind the story, but I just didn't enjoy the writing so much.

Funny and mystical. Again summer read.

Easy read, fantasy in a way (personification of life)

Just awful. Just painful, purple prose with every damn sentence ending in a metaphor, usually a simile as if we need more "like a crazy man at a wedding" type sentences. This author has never owned a cat, talking about paper-training her "hermaphrodite" cat instead of "taking him outside to relieve himself" bin preparation for "teaching him to use a litter box" . Also that she occasionally calls her cat "Samantha or Mary or something" to which the cat looks gratefully wistful for the female name----- annnnd I'm done. DNF this trash book.

A 4.5 out of 5 stars reminds me why her books are my favorite because they heal me and teach me at the same time

A good read about the importance of Your life and living it

I was a bit skeptical picking this one. Cecelia Ahern's following books have never been as good as P.S. I Love You. This was one of the better ones. No where near five stars and four were also hard to come by as the story really never goes anywhere special. Ahern is good at finding interesting story angles, but struggles to utilise their full potential.

I really enjoyed reading this book

I’m a huge Cecilia fan, but this story fell flat to me. Don’t get me wrong, like all her stories this one also has a beautiful meaning. This one is about grasping life and living it even in your lowest moments, for that’s when life is rooting for you the most. It’s taken in the most literal sense which is such an interesting spin. I had moments were I laughed and cried, and sighed, but just wasn’t as captivated or moved as I have with her other stories. Nonetheless, wonderful spin on a lifelong tale about cheering yourself on.

I'm Lucy. I don't think I lie so much, but I'm still very similar in lots of ways.
I loved this book, it has the magic Cecelia's book always bring.
I just hope I get to meet my life someday, just like Lucy did.
Although I'm still waiting for my Ivan..
