Maize and Gavin’s story has been coming for a while now and I am very pleased with how their story turned out. We got to see some breadcrumbs in the previous books, so we already know both characters a little. Gavin is a retired bull rider. He moved on to the Circle B ranch to train horses. Maize is the cook at the bed and breakfast. They met at a bar and had a one night stand. But when she finds out that Gavin works for the family ranch. Maize all of the sudden doesn’t remember him. I loved how Gavin fought for Maize from the get go, but he also didn’t give in to her so quickly or easily when she realizes her feelings. Maize is so stubborn and it was fun to see them together. I loved their story. It was sweet, steamy, and kind of angsty.
Maize and Gavin meet one night while Maize is hanging out her family's bar. Gavin is just passing through. They have a connection and decide to go back to his place. They have a fun night but before he can wake up and things get awkward, Maize sneaks out thinking she will never see him again. Boy is she in for a shock when she finds out that he is the new horse trainer at her family's ranch. Because of her strict no shitting where you eat policy she doesn't date anyone that works on the ranch. So her brilliant idea is to pretend that she doesn't know Gavin and treats him as enemy number one.
I am not going to lie, I really struggled to understand Maize and her actions. Her denial and stubbornness dragged on for way too long. I am still not sure what happened to make her change her mind. It felt like whiplash. BUT Gavin is amazing and down right swoony. I loved him so much. I loved how he pushed her buttons and never gave up. I especially loved how he turned the tables and made her work. Pure perfection. This was a cute and fun read. Despite my issues with Maize, I really enjoyed it and would recommend it.

The excitement about stepping back into the Circle B ranch was real! I have loved getting to know the next generation, and I truely thought nothing could outdo my love for Catching the Cowboy.... and yet I was wrangled!
Kennedy Fox are the Queens of writing sweet, angsty and down write wonderful romance. They always pull me into these wonderful worlds full of love and family. Wrangling the Cowboy was absolutely no exception.
It was a sweet and raunchy (loved that!) age gap romance, with just enough slow burn. I was hooked on Gavin and Mazie from the start, and loved getting a look into the continuing world that is ‘The Bishop’ families. If you like sassy and eccentric heroines and arrogant, yet sweet heroes then this book is for you. Also this book is really for anyone who loves romance, it was a swoon worthy unputdownable book, and I honestly couldn’t have loved it more!

Oooooh! I loved Mazie and Gavin. I was so intrigued by them from the bits we got in Catching the Cowboy that I was so excited to get into this one. I had so many feels while listening to this story. I absolutely love how Gavin was all about settling down. In a lot of stories, even age gaps with older men, the H is still usually a commitment-phobe..... but this time it was all the h. There were quite a few thigs here that were total role reversals and I have to say that I quite enjoyed them! Circle B Ranch is quickly becoming one of my favorite fictional places to visit! I would really love to know these people IRL and go visit the ranch... and hug grandma!!! I am really excited to get into more stories from the Bishop family!
I'm rarely if ever disappointed with a Kennedy Fox book. I've now read every book in this Circle B Ranch series and each one has left me with the happiest of happy feelings. I don't know if it's the cowboys, the family setting or the glorious writing but every time a KF book from the Bishop's arrives in my kindle I smile from page 1 'till the epilogue and this is no different. I remember Maize's beginning in her parents story (Chasing Him Bishop Brothers #3) so to see her grown up is a treat. She's stubborn as heck and the push and pull between her and Gavin was everything. I cannot wait to see what happens next in this series and honestly hope I never come to the day I wont visit the Bishops. Thank you to the authors and Wildfire Marketing for the ARC and I volunteered to leave an unbiased review. All opinions herein are my own.
I really enjoyed reading Gavin and Maize's story. I loved Gavin! But I don't know how he can be so patient with Maize for him to wait on her for months. She just kept on running away the moment they took a step forward. Man, do I get frustrated with her sometimes. I wish she would just give him a chance a tad bit sooner. I'm glad that the rest of the Bishops make a lot of appearances, can't go wrong with them! Somehow, it kind of made up for the frustration from Maize's flightiness
But other than that, it was still an amazing and enjoyable read for me

Circle B Ranch has a new horse trainer and another Bishop off the market. Kennedy Fox keeps outdoing themselves, these Bishop kids are just as addictive if not more than their parents.
Mazie and Gavin are so adorable that I couldn’t put this book down. Don’t run from love, Always fight for the one you want.
Oh, that epilogue has me needing to know what’s going to happen to the next Bishop kid.

I couldn't wait to read this book! The Maize in this book was different than I pictured her from the last book. I really came to like her and was excited to see what would happen between she and Gavin. They have some fiery, explosive chemistry. Their slow-burn romance though was hilarious and sweet to experience. Gavin has the patience of a saint! The best part though was the little things that he always did for her and the twist at the end!!

Maize Bishop sure knows how to keep a man guessing. When he one night stand showed up at Circle B Ranch... I nearly died of laughter! The daughter of John and Mila from Chasing Him (Bishop Brothers Book 3), she was one feisty woman. But that cowboy charm that Gavin Fox just oozed... sigh. He's older and wiser and knows what he wants. And that's Maize.
Lia Langola and Stephen Dexter portrayed the characters of Maize and Gavin so phenomenally! I felt like I was sitting in the room with all the characters in this book as I listened to them narrate this story of love and life on the ranch. Makes me want to visit the Circle B and stay at the B&B.
