I absolutely flew through this part, I wasn’t sure if it would be my jam at first but I really loved the ground hog day meets Harry Potter vibe to it. For fantasy stories like this pacing is so crucial and I felt it rode the balance perfectly! Will definitely keep reading!

The story of a teen that goes to magic school. He gets stuck in a time loop, repeating the same month. While the world resets, he does get to learn magic, more and more magic, becoming to external observers a savant. At the end of the loop, there is a festival, explosions, and time resets. He’ll need to save the world, find unique magic, teachers, and the reasons everything is happening. The breaking up of the stories between the books is a bit melded together, another that was published online-serial style, so plan on all four to get to resolution. I really enjoyed this series though as there are many rich characters, new magics, monsters, and environments, so that was no issue for me.
