This is a very cozy Percy read. Having it take place at Halloween was super fun!

I realized I do need higher stakes to really get into these books. It still had its Percy humor and tender, sweet moments. But there were times when I didn’t want to pick it up because I wasn’t the most engaged.

I’ll keep reading any Percy book though. (And a Reyna book. Please, Rick. Can we get a Reyna book?)
