I adore my wolf baby Oliver, but his family sucks. I'm so so happy he found a new pack and happiness with Cooper, they're perfect together. I found the end to be perfectly fine as the end of the series, but I can't get enough of them so I'll read the rest too <3

Ah, the slow burn and hurt/comfort were so good here. I was genuinel worried for a bit that Adhara would make me wait for reconciliation until the next installment.
The mystery was done pretty well, but I must admit I wasn't too invested in it next to the pack/family dynamics of it all. I guess it all came together convincingly enough. Perhaps better pacing would have kept my attention on the thriller of it all.
Overall, very nice.
P. S. I'm so curious what the precise AQ formula they use to derive those percentages.

I am in love with this couple and these books. I love the paranormal aspect. I love the fabulous insight on recognizing marginalized people. I love the quip-iness. This author has more delightful one-liners or wonderful descriptive sentences than the vast majority of books that I read and would still recommend to people. I'm obsessed. I love these books so much. I was devastated to discover that they are not available in physical form. To the point that I tracked down the author on Instagram and asked how I could support making that happen. If you are comfortable with gay romance, like paranormal anything and procedural anything these books will work for you. It's not often (I don't think) that the procedural crime drama and paranormal sector overlap but these books did it. And did it really well.
