From the summary of the  book, it appeared that the main character would be getting involved with her neighbor, which was the main reason I listened to this book. But it was mainly neighborly interactions and one kiss, but then assumed at the end that they would begin dating. I applaud her for standing up to her soon to be ex-husband. While it was enjoyable, I won’t be listening to this one again.

It’s not great literature and it’s totally formulaic and predicable, but it’s also an enjoyable story and worth the brief time it takes to read.
