I’ve loved Joey and Aoife since reading the 13s and it was beautifully , emotionally heartbreaking to witness how their relationship started. Aoife is becoming one of my fav characters… I have never read a more complicated character like Joey. He loved hard for the people he cared about and will do anything for them. It was hard to return to that household after reading the 13s. I love the lynch siblings relationship so much. And I know Tony is a terrible husband but he is an amazing dad. I’m glad Joey had a father figure helping him. This book took me a while to finish but the last few chapters had me bawling my eyes out. I know redeeming 6 will make me feel worse. Their love is so strong and Joey really needs to heal alone before coming back together. It’s my least favorite book till now but still I give it 5 stars. Can’t wait to read redeeming 6 and I can’t wait to fall more in love and heartbroken for them.
