Do I recommend it? Yes

This was an action-packed romance that grabbed my attention and refused to let go until the end. Alix Knight and Daemon Ashwater were fully developed characters with incredible chemistry. The world building had me seeing every detail with little doubt. Alix is Belle's grandaughter, who discovers her family is full of secrets. I loved the way the author used this for a fresh take on the old story. Daemon was sexy as hell, a great friend, and passionate as he led his group of found family. Alix and Daemon's story ended with an HEA, and I am dedicated to the coming stories about his friends. My only complaint was the lack of deep, emotionally charged moments between the couple. As I read, I could see & feel moments where I needed just a bit more. Overall, I was easily entertained by the first couple's story and I'm really looking forward for what comes next. This is my honest opinion, freely given.
