My mom had this book and I found it on the shelf and took it. I mean it was an exercise program written by my favorite action star I had to steal it. I was a huge Arnold fan....The Terminator, Total recall, Running Man....Kindergarten Cop
The man was my hero and I used to follow the exercise routines from the book up in my room all the time fantasizing that soon I would be fighting Predators
jumping into helicopters
andcross dressing wearing elaborate disguises
Since I was a child I can't speak for the usefulness of the program, however I do consider myself to have She-Hulk like strength.
I might also be slightly delusional, but either way I used to have fun. So thank you Arnold, for all the good times!
