I read three spy-adjacent books in August for some reason, and this one provided some needed levity. LOVED the premise - the creativity of which is enough to leave me excited to see what Bradley does next to follow up this debut. The romance element felt completely rushed/unnatural to me and at times the writing/plot was a little awkward. But I'd be lying if I said I wasn't super entertained.

I love this concept. I skipped the spicy scenes (just not my vibe).  Sometimes it was hard to be in the narrator’s head all the time.

The premise of the book was very interesting, but oh it was torturous to read. 
Poorly written and emotions and character development didn't make sense. We have an adult woman all of a sudden falling in love with a man she's caring for and all we know why that happens is the bulge of his forearms and his lashes???? 
The characters all feel like they were 12 year olds playing dress up as adults
