I absolutely adored this collection of poems. There was so much raw emotion and vulnerability throughout that I found myself really connected to. From abuse to addiction to self hatred. They are intense and passionate and heartbreaking. I enjoyed the flow of the poems as well as the content. Halsey has such a beautiful way with words and it really shows through these poems.

3.5/5. I liked that she is very open and vulnerable.

I genuinely didn't think it was as bad as people made it out to be. I was able to, relate to some lines and i had some quotes I liked. Which is why I'm giving it 3.5 stars

I fav quote: ❛I want to walk away from my bones and set them down on a counter like my keys after work. Let my skin sink into the armchair and lose its shape. Lose its form. Collapse into a sigh.❜

Plastic plants get watered a lot in this.
Is it kinda like pop lyrics and slam poetry written by an angry teen? Yes.
SA is a predominant subject theme in this.
It was readable but not much wowed me.
