I love CoHo and this was similar style to Slammed, which I loved. I am hesitant to write this as it is no reflection on her, just the story.I found this book cute but not overly emotional or encapsulating compared to her others. I found myself predicting much of what happened at 21% which can be expected. I would have liked to see a little more development in terms of the mother/daughter relationship or at least the self relationships of Morgan or Clara. The characters are likeable and endearing but I just was left wanting more internal dialogue in process the events of the story. Overall, cute with a few chuckles but I think after Verity, I needed more.
