This book was a bit of a eureka moment for me. I think it was a very useful book to read at just the right time. Learned a lot and enjoyed the writer’s company.

 A deceptively simple book about managing the two forces inside you, the human and the chimp.  Recommended by a neighbor who has been a big help.  Will likely require a re-read.  I keep coming back to the idea that the chimp needs to run/rant/scream once worked up.  You can’t just contain the chimp.

Simply the best book I have read on how to control one's life through a mindful practice.

Beautifully verbally illustrated with metaphors that make understanding what could be quite complex issues with a mastery that I have seldom seen before or resonated with so much.

If you only ever read one self management self help book make it this one.

Esi jau kažką skaitęs apie emocijas, smegenų dualumą (stebinčios ir jaučiančios smegenys) ir jų suvaldymą?
Ši knyga NĖRA tau.

Labai patiko, kad idėjos knygoje pasakojamos PAPRASTAI, velniškai paprastai. Panašiai, kaip Kyosakio "Turtingas tėtis ir vargšas tėtis". Jei tave erzina sunkios knygos, o norisi kiek pramokti būti rimtesniu (labiau save valdančiu) žmogysta - skaityk šią knygą.

Nuoširdžiai rekomenduoju pradedantiesiems.

P.S. Knyga papuošta "MS Paint" lygio iliustracijomis. Kitur sakyčiau, kad juokingai nesąmonės. Bet čia - tik padeda ir prideda prie to lengvo jausmo. Skaityti buvo malonu ir smagu.

Interesting and inspiring, it is worth a read if you want a change of mindset and self-awareness. Although, Mind management is not easy and takes a lot of time and effort, but the results are worthwhile.
P.S - Doing the suggested exercises on a weekly/daily basis really pays off in the long run!
