This was a really interesting book, unlike anything I’ve read prior. I appreciated reading a western that centered around strong female characters, and I found many aspects of this book interesting and compelling. However, I think execution could have been better and there were iffy aspects about the core messages.

What a boring painful slow read I hated every min of it but I suffered to the end. A book where .. If your a women and you can’t have kids your a witch and they hang you. The concept of outlaw women banding together sounded interesting, but it wasn’t.

There were so many characters. Nobody really stood out. It was just a big jumbo where I was getting confused on it who was who. There wasn’t enough descriptions into each of the characters to know them. The ending felt rushed and fell flat but I was happy cause it ended
