This is such a lovely, heart warming book. I enjoyed every page and can’t wait to read the rest of the series! I loved the main character and the beach setting as well as all the other interesting characters involved. A great read!

It was fine…had some unexpected moments and some really dry moments. It also felt like the author didn’t spend a lot of time of key moments, but then spent a lot of time on insignificant moments. If there was a movie, I’d probably watch it.
This was such a sweet, heartfelt book about starting over. I loved the characters, Neil, Polbearne, and I craved bread the whole time I was reading this book!
It was a super sweet reading with even sweeter and very delicious sorts of bread Polly was making. I can't say Colgan ever wrote a book not worth reading because that would be a lie. I loved every single moment reading this book. It's about finding love in unusual places, new beginnings and being passionate about something your good at. It's a very light reading I highly recommend.

I love Jenny Colgan when I need a light read or listen, and this was another sweet story of a young woman finding happiness and home in a small coastal town in the U.K. I have been swamped this month with a case that went to trial last week, and this was perfect relaxation material for my early morning runs and commutes. The audio was nicely done with the exception of the terrible American accents done by the British narrator.
